I know I’ve been gone for nearly three months, but I haven’t given up on Game Under Repair.
I guess you could say fatherhood, coupled with a bit of golf writing burnout, has caused me to go on a hiatus after maintaining the blog regularly for two years. I’ll be back.
In the meantime, feel free to check out my other project–especially if you like reading fiction. Check out 101 Books and let me know what you think of this crazy quest.
See you guys soon.

Dogs haven’t lost 5 games in a row in almost 60 years. Won’t happen this weekend, and the 12 points is a reflection of A.J. being back, Tenn offense not as misdirection-oriented as Colorado’s, our defense having their ass chewed this week, our OL having their ass chewed this week, RB’s wanting to hold onto the ball and penalties being minimized. Mark Richt is fighting for his life and I think Vegas sees that – I am fond of Derek Dooley but he is young, so is his team and they are on the road & deflated – they had LSU beat. We are at home & pissed off!
To quote JOHN LENNON, “YOU MAY SAY I’M A DREAMER, BUT I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE…” Vegas agrees. Dogs by 20!

Reading 100 novels! That person must really like to read. Who has that kind of time? I would rather be golfing!

Just discovered your blog (while searching for articles on golf/life balance.) Unlike previous years, I haven’t played much this winter and find that when you’re not waiting out frost delays and putting on sandy greens in the driving rain, there is time to enjoy other things. Kind of got me thinking: to everything there is a season. Who knew? Anyway, very much enjoyed poking around your site. Look forward to you making it back from your literary Camino de Santiago and posting again.

Thanks to the many wonderful social media tools available, there are easy ways to promote your blog for free to get more people to read it. There is also a question over its stability, certainly on Windows 6.
